You guys upgraded and messed up the app since yesterday I haven’t been able to do anything , why do you always have issues why it’s tiring I swear , and not good for business at all

Worst banking app ever! It keeps loading the account balance, which takes hours sometimes days to load. And without it loading, you cannot make a transaction. I’ve never gone on this app and made an instant transfer. I go days trying to refresh still to no avail. Please fix up its frustrating especially for cooperate accounts like mine
