I am not happy with this app. Have renewed it but can not seem to get from beginner to intermediate. Big inner class had no vocal and what I got of intermediate class had a vocal so low had to turn up volume on my IPad to highest and then had to listen carefully. I have paid for July BUT I wish to cancel further subscriptions. How do I do this?

I joined lotus flow after seeing an ad for “Asian Pilates”.  I wanted to see what it was all about.  They put me in an Asian Pilates “plan”.  14 workouts, 5 of which were floor Pilates, 9 are just basic wall Pilates workouts.  I did the trial period & found the regular Pilates workouts to be good, but I’m not interested in the wall Pilates workouts.  Of course I got busy & forgot to cancel the trial membership before they charged me the regular price.  I tried to cancel within hours of them charging my card & they said no refunds unless you submit proof that you did 14 consecutive workout days.  I had 12 days in a row, but that wasn’t good enough.  So I’m stuck paying for the membership.  

Some of the workouts are great, as long as you turn off their awful music.  I’ve gotten used to the ai voice that guides you through the workout, but it’s pretty cheesy.  What I dislike most is the “plan” structure they have.  I find it limiting - sometimes I want a yoga workout & sometimes I want a more rigorous workout & in order to do that, you have to choose a new plan.  And god forbid you want to skip ahead in the workout plan - they won’t let you!  You have to complete the workouts in order.  

I am still very irritated that they advertised Asian Pilates workouts, which I thought would combine Pilates, yoga, tai chi & martial arts movements… it’s just wall Pilates, floor Pilates with a touch of yoga.  False advertising & the workout they show in the ads does not exist in the app.

DO NOT GET THIS!! In February I got the “free” printable version and noticed that I got charged $34. I thought oh well I’ll use it, see how it does. It is now August and I have noticed on my credit card statement that I have been billed $34.99 every month, my bad for not checking that, but, there have been 2 other companies billing me at $39.99 every month that are both linked to this app!! Now I’m dealing with trying to get it to stop, let alone getting my money back!!

The developer posted an apology and said to contact customer support. 
PART OF MY COMPLAINT WAS THAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS. 

LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF RECENT REVIEWS THAT SAY “I CONTACTED SUPPORT IN ORDER TO CANCEL AND NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME.”

Thanks for caring, Lotus Flow... I will make sure that I contact support about how contacting support is useless. 

I am going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

“I had trouble downloading the app. I requested assistance via their Support, and I also requested a subscription cancellation because I couldn’t use the app. 

I requested this four times. I sent emails multiple times with screenshots of the error message I was receiving. 

They sent me pdf’s that were links, and their links didn’t work. 

And two days ago, they dared to try and deduct a monthly payment. 
They have been put on notice that I will immediate report them as a fraudulent charge if they try to take money from me again, and also I will file with BBB. 

After four different cancelation requests and being ignored four times, and then making an attempt to withdraw money from me, I am NOT happy and I feel like I’m been duped.”
