### 3/5 — Good app

*2026-08-09, version 1.36.0*

So I have been using your app for a few months now overall I find it handy to keep track of my daily sugar levels to blood pressure levels too but it has been glitching like crazy. Like I have daily reminders set for checking my sugar levels daily since I am diabetic and for some reason it sets all of them off at once. I did email you on my other email account letting you know this too. I still enjoy the app and will keep using it.

### 4/5 — Impressive, but some bugs still

*2026-06-01*

This is a great app and it’s super convenient and easy to use, but I’m having trouble with a few things. First, I have tried numerous times to connect my apple health app, to no avail. I click connect and it automatically closes. It has my charts synced through apple health, just not the information directly in the app. Second, I noticed an error where it must have entered data incorrectly. It said I got a very high score on a test I don’t remember taking and the score is literally impossible for this questionnaire. These are small in the grand scheme of things, but would be nice to work out

### 2/5 — Useless

*2026-05-25, version 1.34.0*

The first task I gave it, to help me source a letter for my HSA to cover my gym membership and it failed. This app seems utterly useless.

### 5/5 — Lotus

*2026-04-09, version 1.33.0*

I love it. It’s my favorite app to use if you’re into your Health you’ll want to download lotus.

### 5/5 — America Needed This!

*2026-04-09*

The Lotus Health AI platform and the entire clinical team has been such a breath of fresh air! I’m all about convenience and technology, and this app has been the fastest and easiest way I’ve ever communicated with a medical care team. The AI model is excellent, it actually learns from my notes and feedback, and the responses have been incredibly precise.
The clinicians have also been outstanding. Dr. Aravind Mani, Dr. Neil Bhalerao, Dr. Rishi Kumar, Dr. Adam Shurbaji and Dr. Francisco Halili have all assisted me, and every one of them has been fast, helpful, and consistently exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely a huge fan of this platform. It’s an amazing blend of smart technology and exceptional clinical care! I love and respect the story behind the founder KJ Dhaliwal’s inspiration to start this journey having immigrant parents visiting doctors offices year after year and leaving even more confused and him having to try and interpret it to help them better understand it. So he developed a platform to simplify medical terminology such that the poor health care interpretation was no longer an obstacle as well as free to all and easily accessible clinicians!

### 5/5 — Top-notch health assist app!

*2026-04-09, version 1.33.0*

This app has turned out to be one of the best health resources I could have! It keeps track of your records, the info on your wearable health apps, and much more. As a “primary care copilot”, it is truly one of the best uses for AI. I’m still learning more about its many uses.

### 5/5 — This pointed out items my dr didn’t mention

*2026-04-09*

I really like lotus AI. Here where I live when you go to the doctor it’s one person after another. It’s very busy in Orange County, California. Doctor spend a minimum amount of time and rush you on your way when I shared my medical records with this app. A few things that were not mentioned to me by the doctors I read about in the app. I am easily able to update my health information and test results and I like the fact that I get additional feedback. Through the app. I had a CT scan and I had a chest x-ray and the app pointed out a couple things that the doctors never mentioned. The app doesn’t completely replace a Doctor, but it’s nice to have another opinion on test results. I give this out five stars because I love the app and I don’t write many reviews.

### 5/5 — Amazing Dr and Care Taker

*2026-04-08*

Lotus is awesome. I feel like I’m talking to a Dr a lot of the time! I caught a EBV (Epstein Barr virus) almost 5mo at this point. Lotus has kept up with my Data from my drs, my step count, my heart data. It takes months to recover from this virus. I have only visited a real Dr 2x in these last 5mo. Lotus makes me feel assured that I am recovering and it has metrics to prove it.
It helps me on days where I am tired by reminding me how important rest is and encourages me when my body’s ok track to recovery.
Will it replace a Dr at this stage? No. But I am not paying stupid copays for a Dr I see for 20min and that has no where close the data that Lotus can sift through.
If you look to be healthy and stay that way. Get this app!

### 5/5 — Loving it

*2026-04-08, version 1.33.0*

This app has been great. I was surprised at how easy it was to find all of my data and the recommendations and insights have been eye opening. I’m using it to help me on my weight loss journey and it’s been huge. It’s automatically keyed in to my lab work so I’m looking forward to seeing my progress after my next doctor’s appt. I’m expecting some good updates.

### 5/5 — Hope

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t do anything my ai doesn’t already do

*2026-07-29, version 1.36.0*

Chat gpt does almost everything they do. Tried to get a prescription- took 3 days.

### 1/5 — THEY TAKE YOUR SSN

*2026-07-11, version 1.35.0*

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM
You’re better off going to a REAL doctor!! They take your social data and do what with it?? I have had multiple credit alerts about my information being sold on the dark web after using this app. As an immigrant, it shocks me how these companies steal from the desperate. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE SEC!

### 1/5 — Wow! The future of healthcare is here

*2026-06-27, version 1.35.0*

Have you ever wanted to be constantly nagged by an Rx pusher Dr? Total Cholesterol 201? Here’s 10 notifications about how statins could be right for you! It seems to look at your entire medical history and treats every illness you have ever had as though you currently have it. I have never been so frustrated by any other app.

### 1/5 — unable to establish an account

*2026-05-17, version 1.34.0*

I entered my birthdate and telephone number several times and never got a text to login.

About 20 minutes later I got four texts in a row

I tried to use one to login

now my account is blocked, what did I do wrong?

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-05-04, version 1.34.0*

They literally don't answer you. It's been 12 days and still no response about an urgent prescription. Just go to a doctor and don't give these scam artists your data.

### 1/5 — Can’t login after update

*2026-04-18, version 1.34.0*

The app send code for 2FA , the codes don’t arrive so you can’t login in app. My number is correct. Looks like their server is down.

### 1/5 — Sus Reviews

*2026-04-13, version 1.33.0*

I don’t know why I feel like … just very sus. This app does not live up to it advertisement. It really doesn’t do anything my current AI assistant can’t do. I’m at the point where I am wondering why I have it on my phone. I’ve been waiting more than two weeks for a “real doctor” to even prescribe (to approve the aI prescription request) anything … and according to the AI, there’s no end in sight. lol. OK, I’m gonna walk to Europe and come back, then maybe they’ll be progress. Ah, no. Sus reviews.

### 1/5 — Signup on app not working

*2026-03-21, version 1.32.0*

The app doesn't let you get past the phone number and dob screen. It's just glitches and freezes. Tried restarting and killing the app before retrying and nothing.

### 1/5 — Freezes

*2026-03-20, version 1.32.0*

Won’t let me log in at all when trying to log in just completely freezes

### 1/5 — 2 Elephants in the room.

*2026-02-27*

Lotus AI, is multimodal AI's wraps Tokens burning furnace, that burns cash significantly faster than ChatGPT.
Under the hood after testing it.
The Core AI: Anthropic (Claude 4 / Opus 4.6) The "Guard" Layer: Fine-tuned Llama-3-Med or Med-PaLM 3 / Orchestration: Pydantic AI + Langfuse/ Hosting AWS- Fireworks ai / Infrastructure RAG, AWS, GCP, Pydantic AI, Baseten.

The Two Elephants
The Burn Rate: Chaining models multiplies costs. A single patient profile often hits 100K tokens before the AI even "thinks." God forbitten someone has the bad idea to use open claws and to start asking questions at scale, it could easily incinerate $41M in 5 months. Note: Phone registration won't stop bots; professional AI Agents bypass SMS walls daily.

Affordability: To break even, your subscription would need to be ~$450/month. Telehealth visits cost $35–$75. If "Lotus AI" costs 10x more than a human, it’s a non-starter. Remember, OpenAI loses money on GPT at $200/month.

Word of advice from an AI Developer: Check in NYC other companies that are developing AI Doctor. Check them how they do it, and most importantly, Vertical integration is the only moat.
If you don't own the weights or the infrastructure, you don't have a moat, you just have a high-interest loan from Anthropic.

### 5/5 — One of My Most Essential Apps

*2026-06-15, version 1.35.0*

As a French expat in the U.S., Lotus AI Health has been a game changer. Healthcare here can be so confusing, but this app makes it simple, accessible, and stress free. One of the most useful apps I have on my phone.

### 5/5 — Just what we’re looking for

### 5/5 — Informative and Insightful

*2026-06-12, version 1.34.0*

### 5/5 — Pretty incredible

*2026-05-14, version 1.34.0*

The fact that you can ask anything you’d ask a doctor whenever you need to + get actual treatment is something so new and so helpful I’m shocked.

### 5/5 — Health, back on track.

*2026-04-10*

I’ve been using the Lotus app for about 3 to four months now, almost every day. It has basically helped me and my doctor restructure my daily meds and vitamins. The biggest change was medication timing, so I can get the best absorption out of all my medications. One thing most doctors fail to instruct their patients on. Amongst many other areas Lotus has help me out with. Too many to count. Thank You Lotus, AMAZING application !!
