Horrible app. I am absolutely lost how to log in anything, how to chat etc. Just horrible

Finding the tracking tab difficult to use. No clear way to remove food from favourites. The AI assistant doesn’t know either. 

Evening adding food isn’t great.

This app looks great and in theory should be, but it’s slow to log food and freezes a lot. 
Needs a scanning function for QR codes. 
I get it free, but likely to use MFP until it’s sorted, as easier and more reliable.

Given the extended hot weather I was nervous ordering and making sure someone was home to sign for the delivery. There was also delays in post so I was worried but need not have. 

The delivery was well communicated, easy to follow on tracking and delivered so well packaged that the meds were still cold even though ice packs were 90% defrosted. Excellent service thank you and fully confident that your packaging can survive the hottest of weather!

Application seems to bring updated , maybe in the background . It’s trying to mimic more industry leading applications but fails . As a community for those who use Lotus medication and get the app for free , it’s ok . I would not pay for it . For what is charged you get the same and more from MyFitnessPal and your Gp. The phone interface is still missing functionality that shows in an iPad . Problem is it’s a customised community based white listed product and relies on third parties

Love the simple weight tracker & the food barcode scanner so I can easily find out how many calories are in what I'm eating! 🙌
