I was experiencing Plantar Fasciitis for months and tried stretches that a Physical Therapist gave me, but the pain still persisted. This led me to try the Plantar Fasciitis Fix plan. Immediately after the first day, I finally experienced some relief, after months of having pain. The videos and instructions are very easy to follow along, and the app is also easy to navigate.
 I HIGHLY recommend!
