App is trash. Have spent months answering questions and sending screenshots with little more than “are you running the current version” 0 out 10 would not recommend.

The functionality of this app is good but it's missing so many things a tech would need. Inventory transfers, and customer lookups. I technically can do this on a web browser on my phone but it takes forever with a ton of unnecessary clicks on a poorly designed web app that's really only usable on a much larger screen than an iPhone.

The app is super useful when we’re out in the field. Helps communicate with customers when you are on the way and when you arrive/depart eliminating he said/she said times for service work. Links to your real time inventory. Allows allows user to user to utilize voice to text which is super helpful for potential service issues, and for estimates. While the app does have limitations, this was step one of the application filled out that Lou is committed to.
