### 3/5 — Crashes a lot

*2023-11-08*

A very nice app, when it works. It crashes a lot on iPad and currently not working on my iPhone.

### 3/5 — Used to be brilliant

*2023-07-17*

Unfortunately, Louder Logic will no longer play my music due to DRM.

Oddly, Apple Music App will play all the music without a problem?

Above all that, none of my music has been purchased from Apple. My music consists of my own synth/keyboard recordings and favourite CD’s?

I like this app and it really enhances the music, compared to Apples own app and have been using Louder Logic for 10 years. Sadly, the app is no longer useable on an iPhone 8.

Thanks

### 3/5 — Gen

*2022-09-15, version 2.2.2*

Please please update the latest version there’s a new iOS 16 update from apple and this app is not seem to work properly since the software update so please

### 5/5 — Set and forget

*2018-10-06, version 2.2.2*

Used this for years now, it’s simply amazing. No need to ever get up and adjust your volume for any style/genre. Just set it once, sit back and enjoy your music. Use it in party mode when entertaining, or quite bedside music, it just works.

### 2/5 — Almost good

*2018-05-11, version 2.2.2*

No to bad App sound is very good. However very poor in functions : like create new album . Potcast is not working to, so by paying £4 you have no radio plus nobody is replying on questions.

### 5/5 — One of the best equalizer!

*2018-04-22*

Great app! Automatic level booster is awesome!

Audiophile quality!

iPad Air1 iOS 11.2.3 works flawlessly!

### 5/5 — IT DOES TO WORK!

*2018-04-20*

At least for me... lots of negative reviews but it has worked perfectly for me for years- every feature! I like choral and organ music and they are often hard to appreciate in areas with high ambient noise. LL brings up the Volume significantly without distortion. Five stars!

### 2/5 — Really slow

*2018-02-16*

I have used the free version of this app for a couple of years, and really appreciated how well it did sound leveling. I decided to upgrade to the paid version, and have not been happy since I did that. It sometimes takes at least 45 seconds to start up, and occasionally it is still trying to load the library after two or three minutes, so I have to quit the program and restart. Not sure I made a good decision on paying for the upgraded version.

### 5/5 — Louder Logic

*2017-04-25*

Like the app.😎

### 3/5 — Another high quality product from McDSP but...

*2016-12-06*

... needs to be able to play DRM protected songs.

### 1/5 — It would be great if it worked

*2025-06-25*

I would have given it five stars if it worked, but it keeps freezing. I had been looking for an app like this for a long time . I have over 13,000 songs on my phone and many of them are from old cd's, so the volume fluctuates wildly . When I listen to any music on my phone I continually have to reach for the volume knob, and there are quite a few tracks that I can't even hear in my work van, which is very noisyl(and sound check in the music app is a joke, it only makes everything quieter). So when I found Louder Logic I immediately downloaded the free version to test it out. It actually did normalize the volume on almost every track (and it accesses the music library so I could even listen to my playlists w/o having to create new ones for the app, like with Fubar 2000, which only plays music at the original volume, so is useless for what I want) and I thought it was great. I drive about 350 miles a day for work so having almost all of my music play at the same volume all day was great. So I DL'ed the "for iphone" version for $1.99. It worked for a few days and then froze when I reopened it when I got into my car to go to work. I deleted it and re-downloaded. It worked for a couple of days and then froze again. I deleted it and DL'ed the $3.99 version. That worked for a couple of days and then froze. So I deleted it, re-DL'ed and it worked for a couple of days. I thought "The benefits are worth having to delete it and reinstall every once in a while". Today I had to delete and reinstall before I went to work, it worked fine all day, and then froze when I went to leave work. It's just not worth the hassle anymore. I am deleting it permanently and asking for a refund for both of the versions I paid for and I will not reinstall it unless they finally do an update so it actually works like it's supposed to. And in my humble opinion, when an app is no longer being supported by the developer, they should remove it from the app store. I'm sure they're making money off of people who download their product and then delete it because it doesn't work and then never ask for a refund because it's only a few dollars. It's almost like a scam.

### 1/5 — Different prices for the same thing!!!

*2022-10-16*

Why did I just buy the &3.99 version, for mi iPhone when you have the iPhone version for $1.99!?!? Very deceptive developer!!!
I feel hoodwinked!!

### 1/5 — I used to really love this app

*2022-09-16*

I've been running the free version of LouderLogic for several years on an old iPod. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Then I opened it today and thought, "I really should pay for all this pleasure." So I bought the app and downloaded it. And wouldn't you know, it now won't play a single motherloving song. It says you've got to have at least iOS 8. I have iOS 9.3.5, but my songs won't play. I deleted the paid app and tried the free version, but nope. I deleted them both and started over. Nope nope nope. And just try to troubleshoot anything online. I'm really bummed, but clearly it's time to move on.

### 1/5 — Does not play playlists

*2021-09-26, version 2.2.2*

Note that the app does not allow you to play music per your playlists. All songs are grouped under folders. Not helpful at all as I need to play my songs per my individual playlists for my group fitness classes.

### 1/5 — Liking it a lot so far!

*2021-03-08*

Update: Well, this app seems rather useless now since this developer has not kept up with the music chhanges.
——
This app has become my main music player/equalizer. I especially like the recently played song listing but all the recently played queues also. Sweet! Lots of features here as I am still tweaking playing around playing around. :-) I am liking what I see and hear so far! I like the design and layout a lot!

### 1/5 — Arnaque

*2018-05-30*

Surtout n’achetez pas cette application c’est une arnaque il n’y a aucun egaliseur pour modifier la qualité du volume 4,49 € pour avoir exactement la même chose qu’avec l’application gratuite c’est prendre les gens pour des c....

### 1/5 — Stopped working 2 iOses ago

*2017-12-27*

Never been updated and a shame since it fixed the big missing feature of iTunes in the volume dept.

### 1/5 — Doesn't Work!

*2017-06-25*

Doesn't recognize the music library!
The App was working fine ... reinstalled several times and it's no working! 🙄

### 1/5 — Great app if you want to babysit your music

*2017-05-31*

Constantly stops playing for no reason, stalls out between songs and the ALX feature doesn't work with half the music on my phone! Skip this app altogether👎🏻

### 1/5 — Used to work great...

*2017-05-27*

I'm very frustrated with LL these days. For the past two years, this was my music player of choice. I love the user interface and the playback controls. However, as of late last year, LL began freezing up and having to reload. In many cases, the reloading would never complete. At this point, I'm reduced to removing and reinstalling the app every time I want to listen to music.

Sad, really. Time to find a new music player!

### 5/5 — The Best I’ve Found!

*2021-03-24*

Listening to music thru iTunes via multiple iPhones over the years & regardless of the type or brand of headphones/earbuds that I would be using at that time, the music just was never loud enough, as far as just for my own personal desire.
And so, I figured there had to be an app out there, whose main purpose would be to amplify music for earbuds etc. And I found Louder Logic. And having tried various other apps, that made similar claims & whose purpose was also the same, I can honestly say that none of them ever really came close to fulfilling their purpose quote as completely, as Louder Logic, does.
Other apps are too much boost, and therefore, distort the music badly & so forth. But all in all, Louder Logic, in my experience, is actually by far, the best one out there.

### 5/5 — Stunning clarity and volume control... and....

*2020-05-20*
