Device couldn’t be used due to “security”. Tried again with a different email. Can’t log in due to “suspicious” activity (this I kind of understand). I click a notification seconds after it drops and tickets aren’t available? How did I miss out? Even though I clicked soon as the notification popped up? Were there ever free tickets in the first place? It’s always there’s no free ones available but guess what you can buy! When that’s not why people got this app. But you know what tickets are always available for free? It’s because of the sleaze bags that run this app are taking your personal info and your contacts personal info. This has been happening for months, get it together Loudie ### 1/5 — False Advertising *2016-07-17* I was emailed saying I could claim free tickets to Vertex Music Festival through the app. I promptly downloaded it and signed up through Facebook. I was then asked to upload my contacts and invite a friend in order to claim my tickets, which I did. The text message basically asks her to download the app too. Then it asked me to post about the festival in order to claim so I did that too. The link is essentially a page to download the app. Then when I went to claim the tickets after signing up, inviting a friend and posting on social media as required, conveniently there was an error when I went to claim the tickets. I emailed support only to receive a response saying there was an error promoting the event and there were no free tickets for anyone. I guess that's one way to get people to download this app. A promise of free tickets and a delivery of nothing. ### 2/5 — Nice, BUT Unable to Share Profile *2026-03-05, version 8.21* This is a great resource for low cost entertainment. Unfortunately, every time I have tried to share my profile, the share options pop up and then disappear right away. For events that require a certain number of followers, how can I invite followers if I am unable to share my profile? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Update: 3/4/26 App takes way too long to open and load. It's been that way for at least 6 months now.
