One page says that cancelled bookings I non-refundable, but another tells me I have to cancel 1h before the start time to get a refund. Absolute mess. ### 1/5 — Was great, now ruined *2024-09-22, version 107.106* This app used to be very easy to navigate, it’s now impossible for me to book a swim session. Seems there was recently an update that changed the format. It shows all sports sessions at once and doesn’t let me filter to swimming only, there’s an option to but it doesn’t actually work. I have to log in onto the website in my laptop now each time just to book a swim session. As they say, if it’s not broke don’t fix it… ### 1/5 — Can’t add payment card to app over a year! *2024-03-10, version 107.17* Since ending a membership subscription and going pay-as-you-go, I’ve not been able to pay via the app (add payment card) for a booked swimming slot. I’ve spoken to several people at the swimming pool and emailed, but the issue persists.. Also, the public swimming slots are fully booked two weeks in advance, yet when I go on the off-chance, hardly anyone is in the pool. ### 3/5 — Clunky *2020-10-19, version 4.63* Not quite as fluid as it could be. I’ve used this for booking swim sessions and have managed to do so, eventually. Annoying that I have to enter all of my payment and contact (except email) details for every single booking. It auto fills country as UK then discards it forcing me to scroll past every other country in the world in order to refill the field. Also, navigating from the fast bookings list takes you back to home, so have to re-enter password to get back to fast bookings.
