I would love to see what the app has to offer for San Francisco native. But the price tag definitely keeps me away. Oh sell! Every once in awhile they will offer a free city guide, which is nice, and keeps me around. But I have noticed these becoming more rare. The suggestions themselves are likewise Far out of my vacationing budget. Malgré des échanges peu réactifs avec le service client cela ne fonctionne toujours pas . Mon voyage arrive j’ai donc du commander le guide papier qui n’est pas du tout aussi pratique que l’application. Je regrette qu’il ne soit pas possible de restaurer les achats via une adresse mail. J’ai du changer de téléphone et de cloud, je perds donc tous mes City Guide virtuels achetés ! Je n’ai pas eu ce problème avec d’autres application en changeant de Cloud… Je dois me rendre à Bangkok et j’aurai aimé acheter le guide virtuel, comme j’ai pu le faire à chacun de mes voyages… ### 2/5 — Impossible de télécharger les guides *2025-10-28* Suite à l’achat d’un guide, il m’a été impossible de le télécharger. J’ai essayé sur plusieurs réseau différent, réinstaller l’app, redémarrer le téléphone… rien à faire. Jai également testé sur un autre appareil avec une version iOS différente même résultat. J’ai du procéder à une demande de remboursement. Pour moi, il manque UNE SEULE chose, la possibilité de mutualiser ses achats (via partage familial). I especially liked the walk related to photography. Two comments for future updates: 1. In the walks, include the metro station location and name on the maps 2. The photography walking tour include galleries that are either closed on Monday or Monday and Tuesday. These guides do a great job of listing all that makes a city unique including food, arts, cafes, nightlife, and hotels. The guides focus on what is culturally significant and cover the range from hip to luxurious. Each landmark/attraction is displayed with nearby attractions making it easy to figure out where to go next. I started with the guide for my adopted home of Los Angeles. The guide contained most of my favorites and has helped me discover more favorites since then. The frequent updates separate these series from their competitors.
