何度もアプリを閉じたり開いたりしていますが、Myウォッチフェイスが開きません。
スマートウォッチとしての機能はあまり求めていないのですが、ウォッチフェイスが使えないとその日の気分に合わせて柄を変えられないので非常に残念です。

本当に購入した3年ほど前の初期の頃から充電が直ぐになくなる。電源が入ってない真っ暗画面状態で腕時計してる恥ずかしくてずっと保管していました。久しぶりに充電して使用を試みたものの接続出来ないし10分程で6%も減ってるし本当に返品出来るならしたいくらい使えない。

I am extremely disappointed with the LV Connect application. The app does not sync properly with the watch, and updating the watch is very difficult and unreliable. Connecting through Wi-Fi is also a frustrating experience and does not work smoothly.

For a luxury watch worth more than €3,000, I expected a much better digital experience. The quality of the app does not match the value or reputation of the Louis Vuitton brand. Very disappointing.

The app is not capable of sending a forgot password link and is not compatible with iPhone’s password saving function. So if you didn’t notice your password was not saved and later the app prompts for your password, you will not get a forgot password link, and won’t be able to reconnect the watch without having to call into customer service and that takes days to reach someone that will tell you , you cannot use your original email address so you have to use another email. This is so below the standard of technology today. Buyer beware.

Приложение не способно отправлять ссылку с забытым паролем и несовместимо с функцией сохранения пароля iPhone. Так что, если вы не заметили, что ваш пароль не был сохранен, и позже приложение запросит ваш пароль, вы не получите ссылку на забытый пароль, и вы не сможете переподключить часы без необходимости звонить в службу поддержки клиентов, и это займет несколько дней, чтобы связаться с кем-то, кто скажет вам, что вы не можете использовать свой исходный адрес электронной почты, поэтому вам придется использовать другой адрес электронной почты. Сегодня это не соответствует стандартам технологий. Покупатель, остерегайтесь.

No se puede actualizar la hora si estas en Mexico no te permite cambiarla manualmente por lo que estás una hora adelantada debido al cambio de horario el cual no se llevo acabo en Mexico

Ya habían arreglado este problema y hoy otra vez se presenta el cambio de horario y en Mexico esto ya no está vigente pudieran ayudarnos

—— Connected perfectly with my LV Light Up. The app is well laid out, provides plenty of options and has helpful tutorial videos and FAQs. Notifications passed to the watch perfectly and the app allows you to select which ones you want or which ones to ignore (only caveat being, you have to get at least one notification from each app first before it shows up in the list to disable). —— The ability to import boarding passes from Apple Wallet is absolutely killer. It worked perfectly and kept my Light Up updated with my constantly changing gates. The Light Up showed me when and where to board (with a handy countdown showing how much time I had left), after takeoff it showed me how much flight time was remaining and, after landing, it showed me what gate my luggage was at. It has been the standout function of the watch and it relied on the rock-solid connection this app provides. ——

Just got an update to my watch that allows me to use the app to customize a fifth mode called “My Mode”. Great new feature!

A short while ago, I gave this app a “1 star” rating, as I literally attempted to connect my Light Up watch to my iPhone 12 Pro a good 100 times without success. I searched Google and learned of an update that was published less than 24 hours ago. I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. Restarted the watch and the phone and on attempt number 101: SUCCESS !!!  Everything seems to be working fine. Right now, watch is doing an automatic update. I’ll be tinkering a few more hours, but I’m retracting my previous review. If anyone is having an issue, reach out to me. Because I hate waiting !!!
