The Louisa Drake Method brings it's award-winning, hybrid workouts online. LDM is dedicated to transforming the way you connect to your body and self through varied and effective movement with well-being advice. As a multi-disciplinary method, we provide new and challenging exercises to keep your workouts fresh and engaging. From low-impact sculpting workouts to upbeat dance cardio sessions, through to strength, recovery and pre & postnatal fitness. We want you to feel empowered, strong and be part of our wonderful community, wherever you are. Suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced, LDM workouts are creative, effective and designed to fit your busy schedule. 

- Join Louisa and your favourite LDM Instructors for interactive, two-way LIVE classes or train on-demand. New workouts added weekly ranging from 10-50 minutes. 

- Access to over 150 online workouts and live-class recordings in varying styles and intensities 24/7. 

- Our cult workouts will transform your body by creating more definition, increased strength, stamina and extensive toning. An LDM session helps to boost your energy, metabolism, builds lean muscle and improved body composition. You will notice increased flexibility, balance and you build bone density. Mentally it offers a release, your stress levels reduce as all areas of your health and well-being are enhanced.

- LDM can be done with little or no equipment. Pick up Louisa's go-to items of kit and add some spice to your workouts.
