3. Select a video to watch during the workout
4. Exercise while the stop watch is running
5. Do multiple exercise activities during your workout

 Welcome to Louise AI Eunoia — your personal companion for balanced living and mindful movement. This app helps you create exercise routines customized to your goals, energy level, and emotional state.  You can track progress using the stop watch or watch videos as you exercise.  Every session is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.
