### 2/5 — Unable to update, despite the expense

I have been using apps by this company for several years and it is getting to the point where the inability to easily update is going to force me to change.

I have paid $29.99 to update this and have tried for over a week. I've sent them data and heard nothing. I have deleted, restarted, redownloaded and have run out of ideas.

I use it every day - just wish I had access to the accurate version...

App is best app I've found for easily finding the law. However, upgrading to the new year is horrendous. In-App purchases aren't working properly. Subscription is all jacked up. Unable to re subscribe easily. Product is good, otherwise.

The search is not user friendly.  If I search for a couple of words, it may not find them.  Or it will give me search results Thai I cannot use.

Comes in very handy when searching for statutes.  You can bookmark laws and search words are highlighted in statutes to make laws easy to locate. Very good tech support. Got back to me within minutes and was able to solve a problem I created quickly.

I use this resource constantly in both policy and legal work. It's ease of searching key words in the La. Revised Statutes without having to go through the complexities of Lexis or Westlaw is a huge help in my practice -- especially when I'm on the go and can do a quick search on my iPhone or iPad.
