Screens don’t open fully and the view gets impaired from keyboard when logging in. Have to click in text box multiple times to start typing. Beats me! ### 1/5 — Can’t Sign into account *2020-02-26* I have been trying to sign into my account for months, with no luck. I do not have a Facebook account and when I try to sign into the account with my email, as soon as I click on the email box, that and the password box disappear! Fix it! ### 1/5 — I don’t know how this app is rated so highly *2020-02-08* This app is as unreliable as it gets. 90% of the time when I go into it I’m just stuck on a screen that just says ‘home’, ‘schedule’, and ‘you’, none of which even work. There’s what I assume is supposed to be a ‘loading’ bar at the top of the screen, with no indication of when it will go away (probably because it never does). When you encounter this issue it’ll persist until it just up and stops for some reason. You can’t do anything but cross your fingers; closing out of the app, restarting your phone, reinstalling the app, doesn’t matter. The other 10% of the time it works great though. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an account *2020-01-25* App is horrible when trying to create an account. While typing, the keyboard is in the way, can’t see what I’m typing and when I try to go to next entry it starts over. Tried another time and mistyped, tried to go back and correct, but took me back to the beginning. ### 2/5 — generally terrible *2019-11-09* It’s fine. But it should be way better by now. It either glitches and exits the app, glitches and moves so the buttons are unclickable, tries to send you to ticketmaster but never quite gets there, and overall the design is terrible. It’s not super reliable but once you learn how to navigate it through it’s quirks it gets the job done. The barcode and options to transfer tickets aren't showing up.
