Don’t bother downloading the app. They don’t actually complete any of your requests. It’s a farce

In the years that I have used Metro 311, the waste management services never respond to missed services. The app is useless in this regard.

Could be good, but I’ve never had an issue addressed by the city. I’ve submitted over 10 issues and not one has been looked into. It’s a fantasy app.

Beautiful UI, but any address I enter gives me an “invalid address” error message. Since nearly any reporting requires an address, the app has become useless for me.  Bummer.

Submitted two requests, and everything was processed no problem. The only thing stopping a 5star review is the navigation could be less ambiguous. If you live in Louisville you should have this app.
