While I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years in Sweden, France and Denmark, this has only happened in Romania. There are people that purposely steal from the packages and replace them (or not) with much cheaper objects. I ordered a scale from Berlinger House and it came with a scale Silvercrest from Lidl. The woman called Andreea from customer service had a horrible attitude and hung up the phone on me.
