The entire purpose of this app is so that you can understand what’s available to you in a very short period of time. This app doesn’t tell you is that at the premium lounge in Rome or any other airport you might need to make reservations in advance so you get to wait in the premium lounge line for 20 minutes after timing everything based on this application, to only to find out this app didn’t give you the most important piece of information. Whoever maintains this app has never used it in an actual trip.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the theatrical flair!  We hope you enjoyed Rome - sounds like the Commedia dell’Arte inspired you. Our (well-traveled) team appreciates the humor. Just to clarify a few things, though:

1. The app does show a big, colorful crowding indicator for most lounges. Look again, it's hard to miss (just like the Colosseum.)
2. Some lounges do accept or require reservations; we do provide this information.
3. Timing your airport experience down to the minute in Italy is bold - almost as bold as the espresso in the lounges!

But we appreciate the passion. If only all airport lines moved as fast as your conclusions!
