## What is Louvia Contractor?

Louvia is the field app for approved trade contractors working through the Louvia
dispatch platform. Sign in to see jobs matched to your trades and coverage area,
accept the work you want, and move each job from accepted through on-site to
completed — with everything the office needs captured along the way.

FOR APPROVED CONTRACTORS
Louvia contractor accounts are set up and approved on the Louvia website. Once
you're approved, sign in to the app to start receiving work.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See available jobs matched to your trade and area
• Accept a job and get the site address and instructions
• Advance the job: traveling, on-site, completed
• Record equipment worked on (model and serial)
• Upload photos of the work
• Upload receipts for parts you purchased, so you get reimbursed
• Capture the customer's on-site signature and sign-off
• Track your completed jobs and paid status

Louvia is a tool for professional trade contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
It is not a marketplace for the general public.
