It suggested that I contact customer services, which I did and then was referred to a website that did n’t work either. Very disappointed that customer service didn’t do me any service. I am a bit in limbo now! ### 1/5 — Offers misleading *2023-04-23* Sadly, the offers shown on the site are misleading. Despite escalation, the details of the misleading offer weren’t corrected nor was my escalated complaint addressed. Poor customer focus and service. **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry for the inconvenience, can you send us an email to relation@louvre-hotels.com with more informations to help us (email, confirmation number,etc..) to do more deeply the investigations. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2022-06-13, version 2.2.5* I have 3 bookings- app says I have none. Tried to import them. App says I have no bookings. Thankfully, I have emails. App support told me to import them. I replied saying it doesn’t work. No reply- Not impressed! ### 1/5 — Can’t book *2020-02-09, version 1.0.13* When trying to book it keeps saying no country code for telephone even when I have put it in many times. App is useless for booking. ### 2/5 — No membership number visible - anywhere! *2022-05-13, version 2.2.4* All easy - until I tried to find my membership number. Seems to be nonexistent ### 2/5 — Bookings not showing up *2021-02-13, version 1.1.8* I have made bookings logged into the website, but they don’t appear on the app. ### 2/5 — A good start but .... *2019-12-31, version 1.0.11* Looks a good app but it is not together yet there are fields which overlap and obscure others for a start the welcome with my name I can only see half of it. Other fields appear too large and don’t fit on screen. ### 3/5 — Not perfect yet *2022-08-22, version 2.2.7* As others have mentioned, there is too much information on the screen which doesn’t fit. My next booking shows up on the Home Screen but so does one I’ve cancelled - not sure I need to see that except in history of bookings. Can’t work out how to add a hotel to my favourites and the profile section is very basic. Would like to be able to get priority for a ground floor room when making a booking on the app for example - seems like a wasted opportunity. ### 3/5 — Poor rendering on phone screen *2022-06-07, version 2.2.4* App functions ok but the images and text render over each other so make it hard to read.
