It is such a good role play game my favorite characters are , Zane , Sylus and Xavier

This game has me so invested in each character's past and development that has created different dynamics when playing with each unique personality. 

I am however, gravely disappointed in how regional fans reacted to Valko (or Ao Yin) and his reveal because he was part of a darker faction and allegedly was involved in hurting the main characters we love. That said, it would have been an interesting dynamic to see as well as his storyline that ties into the main story. 

I'm also further let down by the company's reaction to the pressure of negative reaction releasing a new character. I do understand that to promote a new character, you must release enough content to keep up to speed with original characters. I've seen some people say this was undermining them which is understandable as well. What I don't understand is throwing away a whole character because of this backlash without thinking of the international audience and gathering information from them as well. I don’t think you as a company should've been treated that way. I know it's hard work to develop and create new plots while keeping them believable and "alive" and there was most likely a lot of effort that was just thrown away. I hope one day soon, you can reconsider adding Valko in.

I have never touched this game before the ads for him. While I don’t love some aspects of it, I was hyped for his release, which is what finally got me to download the game and give it a go. I desperately want him to be a LI, at least on global servers. Give me the reason I was starting to play this game to begin with 😭

dear devs 
please release Valko your releasing all these other events and things in love and deepspace but neglecting What fans really want. And you and ALL FANS know that’s Valko! I find it ridiculous he was cancelled in the first place due to a tiny amount of hate and fans aren’t going to come back just because you release a few new Events or storylines or memories or cards It’s not going to bring fans back! So please please listen to fans and release Valko it does not have to be this month! Or Next month! But please just confirm to us he will be coming by the end of this year and if not? It’s Just kinda sad and i think fans will continue to Boycott the game and feel disappointment. I really hope you reconsider🐺

Disappointed in how Infold handled Valko after giving us preview of our last LI. I have waited for him and was excited to get back into the game fully awaiting July 9th only for them to cancel him a week prior to the release of him. Shame on you Infold for not taking any consideration of the Global Community. I will not be playing anymore nor spending anymore money after the over 8K USD I have spent on this game. You have stolen from everyone who was excited for Valko!!!

First of all, you deleted Valko just to cater to one part of the fan base and wasted a bunch of time to the people who worked hard to create him. Secondly, now the game feels super inaccessible due to the requirement of GB needed to access the game?! Mind you I can’t even login to do my dailies and see my precious Sylus anymore. Honestly you’re giving me a good reason why I should never login anyways. I hope you fix your issue and do better!
