I loved the convenience and everything about it. I especially appreciated that I could watch the services on the app. Randomly, it decided to stop working on that phone and said "launch failed" every time I tried to open it. I tried re-downloading and some other things but nothing worked. I figured it was just my old phone having its issues but I just got a new phone and downloaded it right away and I have the same problem with this new phone. (I'm only giving a low rating because it doesn't work on the devices I've tried, but I truly loved app when it did work a year or two ago!!)
