I do wish it did not take so long for character updates though. Some more male characters would also be great. Like with Bennett, it’s a very female MC story but since we can pick to be a guy it doesn’t seem to make sense. You cant type your own responses and everything you say is already predetermined and written out for you. I would give it a one but im giving it a 3 since its my fault for thinking its an ai chat and not a game. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2026-05-23, version 2.3.1* You don’t get enough gems if this is the same company if not, still it sucks there isn’t enough when the characters have so much in dates. I do love it. Some chapters like Mr. Hayes at work for the first time is missing some right wording such as: My character replies to him about notes & summary: “Do you with all your assistants?” Should’ve been, “Do you do this with all your assistants? Throw them into the fire right away?” I’m dyslexic so it threw me off. Going to Matteo for lunch a e is missing in bit in this reply too Bennett Hayes: “Fine by me, I was gonna grab a bit with Matteo anyway.”. Also not enough free customization with my avatar, would like dark brown hair that looks black in shade or what some people call color, I feel as if this game didn’t let me be me, I had resorted in giving her a name, instead of mine. Also don’t get me wrong you can level up into bronze medal to silver medal club, maybe even Gold Medal club but I’m not there yet. But now, after an update all of the chats, pictures, and audios are gone. It’s like I’ve never swiped before. This is very unfair because I spent money in order to have a good progress in the stories and to open the pictures. I love it because you get to choose your own story when I was a kid they had story books where you would choose your adventure and this is the exact same thing. It’s a great app. There’s also other apps almost identical to it. They are called “MECHAT” & “my Stories” & “Whispers” This app and the others let you go on dates have text messages all of the fun stuff. I have had a few issues and suggestions that I have shared with the developers who respond quickly and take on board. It’s not the cheapest app to use however the content is better and more varied, it’s interactive and to be honest the support is better than some mainstream/professional apps. I just want to say that I am in no way associated with the app or its developers. I’m just a happy user who likes to share positive experiences. ### 2/5 — Slick App but Soooo Expensive *2026-03-07, version 2.0.7* Latest Update increases prices so it has become even more expensive. Been using this app for a while and a recent look at my bank statement realise how much it was costing me. If you use the best value package 1500 tokens for £99.99 add in the Premier club membership which gives you an extra 20% Doing the math means that each token costs about £0.06 each. Each Date consists of an initial text type chat followed by a date. The waiting time between sessions gets longer; you wait or you skip which can cost 60 hearts around £3.60 Usually there is a photo or message to listen to each costs 25 hearts which costs 1.50. You can buy a present for the date from 10 tokens (£0.60) to 40 tokens ( 2.40). During the date there are multiple points of choices which cost from 5 tokens to 15tokens ( £0.25 - £0.75 ). In total there are roughly 40 tokens needed per date. So if you skip waiting times, view images or listens to a short message, buy a medium present ( 20 tokens ) and make the choices you will use around 120 tokens which will cost £7.20 per date. So to follow a character that has 12 dates you will spend around £86. One of the characters who have 24 encounters = £172 Roughly you can opt not to take the paid options but it makes progress difficult. Just steals my gems and no support anymore. ### 1/5 — Paywall *2026-08-10, version 2.4.4* I’ve played choice games and story games like this before and I love them. However putting being able to unmatch someone behind a paywall made me uninstall instantly. Even more disgusting how your using Ai training to copy some of the characters on MeChat. MeChat actually has real artists and writers to write their stories, are very affordable with their gems, and don’t steal from people. They just want the success from MeChat without having to put in the effort. This game is just money hungry and using another app to do it. I recommend staying away and taking a gander at MeChat if you actually want a good dating sim experience. Oh I forgot to mention that you can easily earn gems without having to pay with optional ads, and by leveling up your characters. ### 1/5 — Anyone else noticed how “Support” doesn’t work??? *2026-04-30, version 2.2.0* So here I am, posting this review to complain and to warn you. You are on your own if the app malfunctions. Your paid choices won’t be saved. Your gems will be gone. You won’t get them back. And there’s no way to contact them to address it. Had the app for about a week. It was fun so, I purchased a small package. Now my choices don’t save, included paid choices. And I’m having to play through dates again and being asked to pay AGAIN for choices I’ve already paid for that have definitely been deducted from my total gems. I went to Settings within the app to contact Support. It literally doesn’t work. The buttons worked for everything else I clicked: the privacy notice, terms of service, restore purchases (which I tried and the message I received was “you have no purchases”), restore data (also tried and nothing happened). I didn’t click delete data or log out because clearly this app is suspect given there is no support. This is the best of AI story games. Yes it constantly asks me to be VIP but it’s not a necessity to be able to have fun. The gem costs in story aren’t super high nor does it eat up all your gems to get you to buy more. I wish that there was more customization for your character in the beginning. More hair choices, skin colors, and body type because I’m pale. I’m not tanned lol, but there wasn’t an option for it. Also I’m Brunette with long hair but that wasn’t a choice either and I’m curvy not skinny. There weren’t any of these options when it came to customizing my character and I really wish there were because EVERYTHING ELSE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!! My only complaint is the customization. I still giving this a 5 star review though because overall I do love this app despite being on it for about 30 minutes or so! Right now I matched with Nox and I’m loving the conversation and dates so far🫣🫣❤️❤️❤️ just please add more to the customization and let me know when you do because I would LOVE to update my character!😇 If ANYONE has any hesitation in regards to downloading this game I say JUST DO IT!
