PLEASE make more 4X for us bigger breasted women. We LOVE your t-shirts!! (2) Sweatshirts don’t stretch at the bottom, making them too tight and unwearable! They get narrower and tighter from the breast area down. The pattern needs to be readjusted. I purchased and gifted several sweatshirts that just sit because they cannot be worn by a few different people - not just me! LOTS of $ lost. Very disappointed!! (3) Takes weeks and sometimes MONTHS to get your order!! But they take your money in SECONDS!!! (4) No customer service whatsoever! I needed help with the sweatshirts and using my reward points. No response to my emails, FB Messenger, or commenting on YOUR posts. BC of all of this - I cancelled my subscription! I would come back if you readjusted the sweatshirt pattern and provided more 4X in your apparel. But then I don’t know what happened but I never received my merchandise. Then 3 times they sent me gift cards to reorder. So I reordered every time, but still no merchandise. Now I’m requesting my money back and they refunded about $45 of $130 worth of orders. And they say they don’t owe me anything. I beg to differ. They use to fit well but they must have changed where they are getting them from. I have always loved their shirts and have never had an issue. Between myself and my family we have ordered many shirts in the past years never having to return. Please check the return policy especially with a free shirt that they actually are charging you for by discounting the other ones you order. If you return you are not allowed to return the free one but only get back a portion of what you paid for the others. They are loosing a very faithful customer.
