This app has helped me build a better habit of intentional loving behaviors toward my wife. And, I can see which love languages I might need to put a little more effort into. 

The random reminders are key. I used to have a reminder at a specific time (with another app), but after a few days, it was easy to ignore. With random reminders, it's easy easier to build the habit.
