It feels like for every news item on their app they send you 3 notifications ### 3/5 — Loud advert *2026-07-29, version 3.3.6* Please can you remove the loud advert for your podcast at the end of every article. I love the app, the articles and information provided but the way this advert surprises you with its loud music is extremely frustrating, especially while reading next to my newborn. I love this app! *2024-06-19, version 2.1.7* It’s very rare to get interesting news on RL, with the writer willing to express opinions that others in the mainstream press are too timid to express. The articles are backed up with stats and I can see that a lot of work goes into them. I can see review complaints about ads - just ignore them if they bother you. Everyone is trying to make a living!!! Yes, there are some tech glitches etc, but this is Rugby League, so the glitchiness of the whole game is what I love most about it. If you want sanitised perfection in your news then you know where you can find it (or follow the EPL). This app needs a way to hide the NRL scores. As an English rugby league fan, I don’t want to know the scores as soon as I go onto the app as the games are played in the morning over here.
