Since last week the app just crashes on selecting pick up time, so service can’t be used. ### 4/5 — Great service, app should be enhanced *2024-02-03, version 4.1.24* I had decided to switch to Love2Laundry because my previous service provider started to wane in terms of quality. So far, glad I did. Quality of the laundry looks pristine. Collection and delivery worked flawlessly. Only recommendation I would give is, first, the need to update the app and make it a modern and slick interface, second, ensure the quality stays on top. Well done. It is another company with bad customer service using automated replies and never taking responsibility when they make mistakes. Customer service is not good and the cleaning itself is poor - I have been returned clothes with stains without any comment. I guess hoping I would not notice. Avoid ### 1/5 — Got weird calls from the driver *2022-10-19, version 4.1.20* After using this service for a couple of months, i kept getting weird calls from one of the drivers. He verbally threatened me and was extremely racist. After blocking his number, he kept calling using a no caller id and continued trying to text me via whatsapp. The threats continued and I ended up calling the police. Privacy and phone number security is absolutely terrible. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-09-12, version 4.1.18* App is a total scam. They charge for items not serviced and refuse to refund. Horrible experience. Do not download ### 1/5 — Utterly Useless *2022-08-15, version 4.1.18* Ironing full of creases, over priced for underwhelming service. Customer service abysmal - rude. They stole our large white laundry bag, promised to return it on numerous occasions. I’d love to give them 5 stars but the app is just horrid. More complicated than it needs to be, glitchy and sends you round in circles sometimes. They call me a liar and shift the blame on me even after they lost it. DONT USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT ### 1/5 — Love2Linger *2021-09-19, version 4.1.12* All was fine until delivery day when I rushed home for my allotted time slot 2-4pm, as it was almost 4pm I called to see if it was nearly here only to be fold it was going to be after 5pm as I had to be somewhere the kind lady offered me a delivery for the following morning between 9 -11 am which I accepted, the following morning at 9:30 am the delivery man arrived and handed me a couple of items which I knew were not mine as I had sent in around 20kg of washing, the driver promptly returned to his van where he sat for around 10 minutes on his phone and then just drove off leaving me wondering where my washing was but thought someone from the office would call, but no it was left to me to call them and the young girl on the phone just said she’d get someone to call me, eventually a man called to let me know it would be with me at 10pm which I wasn’t happy with so he said okay between 4-6pm it finally arrived at 930pm with no apology or even a call the next day. I would not recommend and won’t be using this so called Market Leading Laundry Service again. Customer Service skills are required also for this you know. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2021-08-23, version 4.1.11* Raised a ticket as I overpaid by mistake an item. They never reply. Lousy customer service. ### 1/5 — Dreadful app and even worse service. *2021-08-14, version 4.1.11* The app doesn’t save your preferences correctly. So your clothes are returned ruined as they are washed at a very high temperature by default. Customer service awful and they take no responsibility for their incompetence. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Very bad app *2021-03-23, version 4.1.7* The app charged my order while the order was never confirmed. I’m not sure who is in charge of UI/UX design, but it’s not great. Had I never used the service before I would probably not trust it with my details especially payment details... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — WORST COMPANY EVER FOR LAUNDRY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE *2026-02-06, version 4.2.9* I was shocked at this company I gave many clothes, 2 jacquard duvet cover for dry cleaning came back in terrible condition! All expensive items. Navy blue and gold jacquard king size duvet cover had colour run badly and navy was on gold! Peach and gold jacquard duvet peach colour looked greyish and we were shocked!!! Don’t recommend. ### 1/5 — First Use, Last Use! *2025-11-28, version 4.2.9* This was my first time using this service, and my LAST! One of my items was returned with clear bleach stains. When I raised the issue, the company repeatedly contradicted itself—first insisting they “never” use bleach, then admitting it is used when selected. Despite this inconsistency, they refused to take responsibility or offer a reasonable resolution for the damaged item. Extremely disappointing customer service, poor accountability, and not the experience you expect from a professional laundry provider. I cannot recommend this service at all based on my experience. ### 1/5 — Terrible dry cleaning *2025-03-15, version 4.1.36* Dry cleaning was so disappointing. My own home washing machine dry cleaning functions works better than this. Total waste of money. Not to mention I got charged twice for the same order in 3 days! ### 1/5 — A lottery with your clothes *2025-02-19, version 4.1.36* Good service until it isn’t. Cleaning standards are inconsistent, sometimes the items are returned perfectly cleaned, sometimes they are dirtier than they were at the start. You are also not guaranteed to receive back your items, so this app is basically a gamble. Would not recommend sending any item that you would be upset to lose. If you can find a physical laundry service that is open when you need it, save yourself the headaches and just go there. May cost slightly more but you have a higher probability of getting the correct items back. ### 1/5 — Worse than the previous app *2024-10-12, version 4.1.35* Didn’t think it was possible but this App is worse than the last one. Perhaps they need to get a professional app developer rather than presumably the boss’s sone or mate. Service is great but this app is complete rubbish it’s impossible since the upgrades to book any service at all and online chat is even worse probably a bot. Certainly doesn’t undstand the issues and when promised a refund managed to illegally charge me again instead of refunding still not resolved. Do not use!! Should be blocked ### 1/5 — Impossible app *2024-08-24, version 4.1.25* App is impossible to use - No matter what I do, it will not let me add my address. So there’s no way I can possibly get a delivery or order. ### 1/5 — Feels like a scam - terrible Service *2023-12-11, version 4.1.24* I was able To book certain times on the app but my pick up and drop off day were just changed without telling me so I tried to cancel and they just keep sending me long emails instead of giving me the refund. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Most irritating app ever *2023-05-17, version 4.1.24* This app has been quietly driving me mad. Paid for VIP discounts (75 quid). Turns out the discount has to be applauded manually each time (they don’t tell you this) and the code is not on your account or membership area of the app. Nor, under discounts or loyalties.
