I have been enjoying these for two years . The last 6 months have been particularly calming and peaceful as I was experiencing the loss of a loved one. Each of them is remarkable.

I love doing Tarika’s  morning meditations.
When I wake up I sometimes feel out of balance.  Her voice is so peaceful and compassionate. I go very deep inside.  It’s such a wonderful way to start my day.

I began with the letting go meditation. I have never felt my heart so much. The silence that followed was tremendous. I begin to feel a centering in my body. It's so good to feel my heart, so much love, so much pain, so much beauty. I highly recommend it.

These are wonderful guided daily meditations that put you in touch with best self every day. At first I had a problem with the audio tuning out, but I went to my "Settings" on Iphone, the Display and Brightness, and changed Auto-Lock to "never" and the problem was solved. So if this happens to you, just make this simple adjustment.
