NEEDS HELP ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2024-09-28, version 1.0.8* While the app is handy to see the progress my daughter has made and the skills she will be working on next, the layout of it on my phone screen means the back button is almost impossible to press. This results in me having to shut it down and reopen to view another skill. I’m using IOS 16.3.1 and app version 1.0.8. When will you upgrade the app or get rid of it altogether! I have spent the last few days trying to pay for my daughter’s gymnastics. Every time I’m lucky enough to login (which is quite an effort in itself) it refuses to let me pay because of a technical issue. It is like wading through soup to use. Pages are badly payed out and unintuitive. When trying make payments it just dumps you back to the home page. Avoid if you can. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-02-26, version 1.0.8* The app will not let me log in. Pointless having the App as I have to call the gym every time to book anyway. This App was meant to save the hassle of that. If your going to design an App at least make sure it works constantly instead of when there’s a red moon, the clouds are grey & the wind is blowing North-East. In short - LoveGymnastics should be named Hategymnastics ### 1/5 — App never works *2022-02-04, version 1.0.8* This app would be good if it worked. Always coming up with an error and blank screen or if lucky enough to get the log in page it allows me to put my details in but then nothing and back to a blank page.
