Kept hoping someone would bring it back but it’s not to be. ### 2/5 — Constantly Outdated *2025-11-09, version 2.8.4* Ash Evans still has an error when you try to redo his first date. Chase still never matches, EVER. So many matches go dark for months…they constantly reply to these reviews saying they’re taking the feedback to the design team, but nothing happens. This app has such potential, so many of us have spent so much money, and they just keep jerking us along. Highly annoyed and disappointed. ### 2/5 — Great app *2025-10-16, version 2.8.4* So I’m really enjoying the app it’s fun and entertaining but the cost for pics is to high and I’ve had problems especially recently where I try to load up the app and it keeps saying to update it but there isn’t an update. And I update my apps at least once a week so I’m frequently checking for updates. This is crazy. ### 3/5 — Money pit *2025-10-10, version 2.8.4* I’ve played this game for a while and I do enjoy it but the options that are supposed to boost your meters are too expensive, you can’t buy new clothes unless you spend all you have saved for the good options, and it’s basically a buy these gems just to play kind of game. Practically a money pit. A shirt is like 200 gems and the good option is 150. You spend $5 for 50 gems? And some of the stories aren’t even completed. The diamonds system is still horrible as well. ### 3/5 — Amazing game… but *2025-07-24, version 2.8.4* I love this app, it’s a good way to build bonds with characters and I use it a lot. Now, I had to take a week off since I was going on vacation with family so I wasn’t on at all. I came back and one of the characters I’ve put the most time and effort into unmatched me. So be warned, they will unmatched you if you don’t talk after a while. I don’t completely like this since people usually have to take off day or weeks. Please take this into account when taking time off from the app. Very upset by this, understandable this is supposed to be realistic but I was very upset when this happened. ### 3/5 — Quite pricey *2025-06-28, version 2.8.4* it’s got great art and great stories, however having to pay 150 gems for an intimate scene while only receiving around 15 gems a day seems too steep. I tried completing rewards but never received the gems either. It just is very unmotivating not being able to play the way you want to, being stuck behind a pay wall, if there was any easier way to get gems or a lowered gem cost to unlock pictures and certain dialogue choices then the game would be perfect. I personally wouldn’t mind having to watch multiple ads to stack up gems, rather than being limited to just the one ad. ### 2/5 — Don’t download *2025-06-27, version 2.8.4* This app hasn’t updated stories that I read 4 years ago. This is always in my top 2. All these types of games are really fueled by diamonds and extra purchases, or purchasing “better” choices, but these app always seems to have consistent diamond cost per character, which isn’t true for similar apps where costs vary on the character you’re “dating” with newer ones sometimes being significantly pricier. Or where they allow you to match with both counterpart characters at the same time for full price on both!!! NOT COOL l!! Plus, I like the variety of characters and unique stories each char. has not just from others in the app, but from chars in other apps too. This is appreciated because there’s nothing more frustrating than realizing that you’ve played the same story in 3 diff apps bc the names are diff and you didn’t realize immediately. (True story so others beware if your story starts off with you getting kidnapped from Dojo or trying to drink escape your house only to be caught by your mom). I miss some of them and can’t wait to replay them, so in other words I’ve been having a lot of fun with this app. The downside is that I’ve played through most of the characters, but there are several that I can’t match with even when they boosted “new” and when I confirmed the story was active and not a counter part to a char I already matched with. :( I also wish that there were a few more ways to increase diamond intake other than purchasing them. ### 1/5 — No update *2025-10-17, version 2.8.4* Was enjoying the game but now it just takes up space in my phone. My only issue is ‘Jay Evans.’ I was hoping when I unmatched him (he is fictionally cheating on his wife) he would beg for forgiveness or maybe learn some humility in a short exchange before I banished him. Instead he just vanished and I didn’t get to break his fictional heart 💔💔 Also, why are all the guys princes and actors and rich guys and all the girls are just…normal girls? Later I realised that you absolutely NEEDED gems to play to access images and say certain things. Also gems were really expensive, so now I have a bad relationship with all of my matches and I have many images that need to be unblurred with only 54 gems! Also, some matches, when I like them, doesn’t do anything, normally when you swipe right, too match and you start chatting, but with people like Jamie grant and Zheng Zhao when I swipe right, nothing happens, so that bug defo needs to be fixed. In the end, the only issues are the gems and the match bug, but to me, the gems are what caused this really low rating, I truly wish I could rate it more.
