They steal people money and they give you partial refund or make you try to pay a fee for your money back. It Doesn’t Get Easier Than This. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund UNLESS the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.” It feels like the company is shifting the blame onto the customer, regardless of the circumstances. You will have an extremely difficult time trying to return an item and get your money back. First, they will offer you $5, then maybe $10. Even if it’s their fault—whether you received something damaged or not—they will still place the blame on you. This is nothing like what the website claims. Reply Back to Lovely Wholesale: There is no need for an investigation, as this matter has already been resolved. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back because LovelyWholesale was unwilling to process a fair return. Despite the claim of “Quickly and Easily Returns” on your website, the actual process was anything but easy. Your company attempted to make me pay to return an item that did not meet expectations, which contradicts the stated policy. I encourage you to review your own website’s return policy and ensure that it aligns with the experience customers are actually having. Misleading claims about hassle-free returns damage trust and credibility. Stop splitting up packages when shipping is paid for . Every package reaches a different date . They hate to refund when they do you wrong . They do not ship out in 24hrs that’s a big lie it takes weeks to get a tracking and you have to email them for weeks to get 1 . I don’t suggest ordering from this company if you need items to reach on time . Customer service says the same thing every email . It’s better to use SHEIN than this company.
