I cancelled the purchase. I never clicked Cancel or X, didn’t have sticking buttons. Deleted and redownloaded. I have space as it was downloaded. I want to subscribe, what is wrong with your app? ### 2/5 — New Characters? Recycling!? Updates!?! *2023-02-04* I’ve already cycled through every character, but the game doesn’t bring back old characters. Also, I’ve had this game for a long time, and we haven’t had any new characters or story updates. I’ve only had 2 guys in my Matches list, and one has been offline for a long time due to the incompleteness of his story. Finally, I can’t even use the 3-day trial because the game keeps telling me that I “cancelled the purchase.” To make all matters worse, the devs’ “Connect with us” email address is deactivated; emails just bounce back, so we can’t “Connect” with them. ### 2/5 — Used SO many gems *2022-08-15* I saw a lot of reviews saying the game doesn’t update much or it resets progress but I tried it anyway, what I wish I had seen was how much this app tries to get you spend gems. The very first date it had 4 different options one after another for gems and the free options were not appealing of course because they want you to spend gems and spend money. And the amount you get back free every day can’t even begin to cover the loss you take trying to go through one date. (Each option is a little over 100 gems and I think you only get 10-20 a day) either give more ways to earn gems without having to pay every time you open the app or lower the costs of dates because this makes the app unplayable for me. **Developer response:** Hi! I’ve spent a lot playing but some people take longer to come back online than others but they all take forever. Could be an awesome game but feels more like they want you to get hooked, promise updates and fixing things but actually they are just sitting around collecting money and not doing nothing to keep the game going. **Developer response:** Hi! You guys are “kind” enough to let me keep all of the diamonds I managed to wrack up, but that doesn’t matter if I have to turn around and purchase choices I already purchased with a match. Now I’m losing gems that I managed to save to read something I already read. Honestly it’s a rip off, and I know previous complaints were already made about this matter, but it’s the same thing, every time. You have to spend gems on just about any decent choice on a date which is crazy!! And it’s dang near 200 gems if not more for each choice! I liked the style and since I’m into games like mechat and lovelink I was really into this but they at least only have a few gem choice based decisions on dates not literally almost every single one like this game and I also can’t subscribe to your VIP I keep getting an error message(not that I want it now knowing what I know but still)Not to mention your matches take FOREVER to come back online. You guys have a good thing here but maybe rethink how you want it to run this could easily be 4 almost 5 stars but these few things are a game changer and not in a good way. **Developer response:** Hi! You used to be able to watch videos for 5 gems, now you can watch one video for 3 gems every three hours!!! Choices/pictures cost hundreds of gems. It’s just not playable for long without any real way to get gems other than buying them. And basically paying $2 for one choice/picture is unsustainable. Also, if you accidentally unmatch someone they seem to be gone forever which is also pretty annoying. I thought it was fun but they stopped updating it. A year later and still no update. I wasted money on here because I cannot use anything I bought. Apple nor this company will give me my money back. The only thing that is saved is the diamonds I have collected. Please add a feature where I can save my progress. Every other app similar to this one has this feature but you don’t.
