If you have multiple, you can’t control multiple from a single device. Huge miss. I don’t understand how the devs can’t have the update pushed through the app verses needing computer, data cable and two separate updates to get the app to work. I’m starting to regret this purchase. ### 3/5 — I used to work for lovesac *2025-06-01, version 1.33* Lots of misinformation in the comments and even from people that currently work there. I was a manager at a store that was placed to sell more stealthtech sales. It isn’t blue tooth technology that connects the center channel to the subwoofer. It’s WISA technology. Stupid to point out but the difference matters. Bluetooth wouldn’t have the same connectivity difficulties but also would not sound as good. Make sure your subwoofer is plugged into a surge protector with the same power capacity. A regular extension cord will not work. Power supply limitation is a major culprit. A lot of customer service and other store reps do not know that. Power surges can also damage the subwoofer over time. The thing that kills me is the APP still barely works. It always disconnects from my phone. And I have to unplug my whole system. This has been an issue for people since the beginning and just annoying. I get that there’s a regular remote. Every day you have to unplug the soundbar to reset. We have gotten to the point where don’t even use it. I feel like we were ripped off as we added this for the convenience and now it’s everything but that. I talk to a rep in February and he promised there was an update coming in the next 30 to 60 days and here we are almost 4 1/2 months later and nothing. The last update was 8 months ago. When I unplug the center channel, it will work only until I turn the system off, then loses connection the next time the system is turned on. I have been through the troubleshooting and, while it does “fix” it, I need to do it EVERY SINGLE DAY. When help is contacted, I am sent the troubleshooting instructions each time. This issue has been going on for well over a year now and no software update has been issued to resolve. Problem is love sac is not a software company and has not decided to become one. The last update was May 2023 and they still don’t have the iPhone blue tooth connectivity issue resolved. Now I am having blue tooth connectivity issues with my center channel and sub and the only option is to uninstall the system and start from scratch again. Man I wish they could make this work, it’s such a great idea, but it has taken our sactional, which we loved and spoke about constantly, and left us only speaking about the negative experience with the stealth tech. If you have a sactional and an iPhone save your money, love your sactional and don’t ruin it with stealth tech. ### 1/5 — App is pure garbage. *2024-05-18, version 1.31* The app is terrible. It doesn’t have a good amount of presets. It doesn’t take your adjustments. Sometimes I get no sound out of the center speaker with the volume all the way up. Other times no sound out of the back. The troubleshooting is terrible. I switch over to Bluetooth and nothing happens. The app says some UUID no supported??? It comes with a controller that only controls bass and treble. For the amount of money this system costs the features shouldn’t be this minuscule. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2024-05-09, version 1.31* The app is garbage. I constantly have to unplug my center channel in order for it to connect. I have all brand new devices and it still does not work properly. I’ve been through multiple hardware and firmware updates but Lovesac can’t get it right. “Oh just unplug your center channel and plug it back in, then it should work”. That’s not the answer!!! Get your stuff together here! This is a daily experience. Sometimes it gets so bad that you have to use the update stick. In case you’re wondering: Yes, everything’s updated. They should offer the new all wireless system to the existing customers if it works better. There is zero support for the app, no updates, no fixes. This is absolutely unacceptable for the amount this system costs. I was completely wrong! 1 HDMI cord to the soundbar and 3 seconds of pressing input and + to connect sub and boom! We are in business! This app literally narrows the sound down perfectly to the best quality for movies and sports. They even updated the app recently to allow you to distinguish from side speakers and rear speakers!
