This is a seriously major flaw with this app that needs to be addressed. ### 1/5 — Free apps better *2016-11-22, version 3.1.3* Install this app, bumble and tinder. Use all 3 for a month with the same profile info and you will see why this app simply doesn't work compared to the now superior competition. It's intuitive and easy to use. Newer version is also more reliable (less crashes) But in the iPad it's rather crap! The older version of the app was much more iPad friendly, not quite sure what happened... The membership fee is too expensive than other similar apps, and not worthy service as you give. All women showed on the app are inactive or fake accounts. This app never shows newly women (for example; Firstly they will show you around 10 women. The next day will remain that 10 women until your membership finished). The matchmakers are also doing and saying many lies until you give money to them. After they got membership fee, they are acting like unresponsive. Believe me. They are just official scammers! ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2020-02-05, version 3.9.4* This used to be one of the best apps/websites in London, but it was purchased in 2016 by a Hong-Kong-based company called DateTix. They took what used to be a great site (founded in London), gutted it, and focused it entirely on the Asian market. They now have shills posting positive reviews in broken English, and are happy to take your money while offering zero customer service, few real profiles in the UK, and sometimes no way to cancel your subscription. The app no longer works for me, because it demands that I verify my ID (even though I did so long ago), but the functionality doesn’t work. When I try to click through the verification screens, they are entirely in Chinese! I used to regularly email the team with questions and bug reports, and they were really great. Now, they are all gone, replaced with money-hungry parasites who don’t speak English. Way to sell out, Lovestruck. Guess the owners got tired of operating the business. Avoid this app and website at all costs. They been taking money from my account multiple times each month, why I’m gonna sue them know and rapport them as well. ### 1/5 — Random person calling me *2018-10-14, version 3.6.5* A girl rung me on no caller is and wanted to talk to me about love struck She has no right me to calling me!!! Especially on no caller ID ### 1/5 — Not impressed... *2018-09-10* Signed up out of curiosity... instantly deleted the app because it’s the same as any other online dating app! But what’s different (and quite frankly, sort of creepy), is that a representative just phoned me asking how my experience has been so far? I do not approve of this. Nothing works properly and the design is of the app is below standard, the staff are all illiterate and payed to make sure that they keep taking your hard earned money. I had deactivated my account and also cancelled my subscription yet they will continued to take money out of my account.
