This app is an absolute scam, and the people running it are nothing but digital fraudsters who care about one thing and one thing only—draining your wallet. I recently used their service, and it was a complete joke. The quality was abysmal, the experience was horrible, and I was left entirely unsatisfied. When I realized what a farce it was, I immediately reached out to their customer support to demand that they add my funds back. Any legitimate, respectable app with a shred of decency would look at an incredibly unhappy customer and try to make it right. But not LoveWise. They flat-out refused to return my funds. They don't care that their service is terrible. They don't care that I was clearly not satisfied. Once they have your money, they lock it down like thieves in the night. Here is the truth about LoveWise: Horrible Customer Service: They don't listen, they don't care, and they treat paying users like garbage. They completely brush off legitimate complaints with copy-pasted, robotic responses. Predatory Practices: They are designed to trap your money. I want to see if predictions will come and give this app a chance before I leave a good review. I have not had any problem service responding to me that’s probably the best thing. Customer service does not hold their psychic accountable. I got a reading from. Fabien Chaney and Robson Goodman and I think they are the same person or a robot, and I can guarantee it. It shows that they vote were online at the same time they were giving me the same and answers copied and paste it was crazy. I brought it to their attention and told them that they were sending me the same messages and that I was telling customer service and they was like okay what else can I help you with. Like WOW. I inbox customer service and they asked me to screenshot it and I did. They sent me my money back as a credit to my account. But the psychics are still on their live giving reading. The only thing customer service will tell you to do you don’t want them in boxing you to block them. That’s like their favorite response when you bring up your concerns about their psychics. How about TakingTaking them off the app when you have proof that they’re scamming ppl. Okay now I have three of their psychics that I have been going to by the name of Serena heartlight, Luna starlight, and Ezra Simon. I told them my future about my ex and his new girlfriend out about. The exact day that I found out. I reached out to them. It was my first time using this app. I’m vulnerable, and I’m scared and I’m breaking down. I trusting them. customer service always tell you to read the reviews before choosing the psychic and that’s what I did. I made sure that they were 4.9 star in above. I want y’all to pay and if you look at their reviews, you will see people saying I hope the predictions come true you don’t really see people saying that the prediction came true. You do see them saying resonated they were on point. My point is none of my predictions came true. I know people energy change, but they just lied to me all together. I thought my ex was in school and I was asking them how school going for him. They were telling me that school was going really good His new girlfriend gets on his nerves and tries to keep him from studying. When I talk to my ex, he’s not even in school and they can’t say that he dropped out. He never even started. They promises tha he wanted to be with me. Nope not true. They told me what I wanted to hear so they can update me everyday to get money out of me. they will make it their mission to come in my inbox. And tell me they have an update every single day, knowing I did not have the money. And I will tell them I do not have the money. Could you please stop trying to update me. because I was asking for their update first and it was nothing new. They would tell me it was a new update and they had something important to tell me and yall. But instead they was wording it different. I kept telling them you make it seem like you have but you’re not telling me nothing different. All you doing is taking my money you’re taking advantage of me Serena heartlight was the worse out of them with the everyday update. But there was never no new update. I realize that after that really, and then she would tell me let’s go deeper and I can tell you how I’m feeling, but that’s what you just told me the first reading was about. don’t get me wrong. All three of them was wrong. but I guess they gotta get their money somehow. I know I should’ve known better. I just had so much hope. And thinking that they could see the future seeing something that I couldn’t see. I just thought I was in the right hands. y’all can read these. Do what you wanna do when your mind is made up and you waiting on those predictions that never came true you’re gonna keep wanting those updates. I'm sorry they that took advantage of me under people in future people. we’re gonna have to learn the hard way everything that they say to you is gonna sound so real but the predictions will never come true they tell you, but you wanna hear and the readings might sound on point. Watch the customer service say something about readings are not predictions or something like that when those psychics are in your inbox, they are telling you that what saying are real and to trust them. I have been getting readings for years. I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson yet. but when you look at a reviews and they look good like 4.8 you think you finally found something real. they sold me a dream and took a lot of my money and that's my fault. Plz be careful. I’m just warning you nothing good is gonna come out out of this. it may seems good in the beginning, but when predictions and stuff to come is never gonna come. They are fake people. They take your money and ask for another booking and another booking. Fake information. They psychologically manipulate you. All the readings were wrong. They say they feel energies and do readings, but it is not true. Throughout the readings they always find some detail that makes you keep investing and paying for the reading. The energy is wrong , but then nothing happens. Everything as always.
