## What is lovin Shopping?

lovin brings European and US brands to Armenia. Clothing, shoes, electronics, home goods and much more from stores and sellers in the US and Europe, all new and delivered to your door.

FINAL PRICE IN DRAMS
Every price already includes delivery to Armenia. If customs duty applies to an item, it's included too and shown separately, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

SEARCH BY PHOTO
Found something online? Take a photo or upload a screenshot, and we'll find the same item or something similar.

FIND EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT
• Filter by size, color, brand, price and other details
• Sort results the way you like
• Browse categories and curated collections
• See the delivery time for every item

VERIFIED AUTHENTIC
Items marked "Guarantee" are checked for authenticity by independent experts before shipping.

TRACK EVERY STEP
Our manager confirms your order, and you see each step in the app: purchase from the seller, the shipping warehouse, the flight to Armenia and arrival in Yerevan. You get a notification for every new status, along with the expected delivery date.

SHOP WITHOUT SIGNING UP
Favorites and cart work without an account. You only need one when you're ready to place an order. Sign in with Apple or email.

The app is available in Armenian, Russian and English, with light and dark themes.

Questions about an order? Our support team is here to help from 10:00 to 18:00 Yerevan time.
