I did not sign up for the trial again with the included subscription. They stated they do not refund even though it clearly states they do, but offered lifetime access. They have not provided the lifetime access. It’s been 5 months of back and forth emails, sending screen shots, forwarding emails, and then escalating internally I paid, was never able to use the app, and still cannot log in. I signed up for a month, and was cut off 4 days in. 100% a scam. Should not be in the Apple Store. **Developer response:** Hey, we're really sorry, this isn't how it's supposed to work. Being cut off 4 days into a subscription you paid for shouldn't happen. We'd like to figure out what went wrong and fix it. Please email us at support@lovon.app with your Apple ID and the approximate purchase date. They have tried charging my card 6+ times this past week. It’s been over 3 months since I’ve used the service and unsubscribed and it won’t stop. This company then tried charging me $17.99. Not once but twice minutes from each other. They offered again the services that I wanted but again for more money. I asked to talk to a representative but the contact is an AI, that never responded. Be aware and stay away.
