And only 16 customer reviews I wonder how many of those are real customers **Developer response:** Hello. We are truly sorry to hear about the "horrible" and frustrating booking experience you described. We take accusations of "scam" very seriously, and we need to clarify a critical misunderstanding. Our app is a **price comparison tool (a search engine)**, not the seller. We **do not** take your money, process payments, handle bookings, or have any access to your credit card information. Our service finds the prices, and then you are transferred to the airline or online travel agency's website to complete the purchase. The issues you faced (a card being "declined" or a last-minute price increase of 2-3x) are problems that occurred **on the seller's website**, not on our app. This is not our app "scamming" you; it is a problem with the third-party vendor you were attempting to book with. We would like to investigate which partner caused this. It turned out that they are a forbidden application. I am in the United States of America, and I will file a lawsuit against them in court. **Developer response:** Hello. We are very sorry for the confusion and serious concern this has caused. We would like to clarify how our app works, as this is the standard, secure process for all flight search engines. Our app is a **price comparison tool (a search engine)**, not the direct seller. We find flight deals from hundreds of airline and agency sites. This is why our app **does not ask for sensitive information like your passport number**. That information is only collected by the actual airline or travel agency on their secure website *after* you select a flight and are transferred from our app to their page to complete the booking. We assure you our application is legitimate and this process is normal. Then the gentleman, Nick, did not comprehend that there are different time zones and called me several times from 3-4am. They also charged a $50 fee to book through them. Kept calling me to ask if my payment was confirmed even though he told me it was confirmed before already. Didn’t receive my tickets until the night before my flight. To refund the ticket you have to go through the airline you booked with, but you cannot refund the company’s fee. **Developer response:** Hello, Most likely your booking was made for a charter flight, as a result the tickets were sent by the airline the night before the flight. Did you use them, or you couldn't make it to an airport and you need the payment refunded? If you need the refund, please send us your itinerary receipt and screenshots of your email or chat communication with the agency.
