### 2/5 — Inaccurate and Confusing

*2023-10-17*

The app is generally useful, but it’s confusing and there’s no way to back up to make changes. If you make a mistake, you have to close the app and start over again. For example, today I logged in to record my self-injection. The app notes I had an injection scheduled on a date 4 days earlier and asked if I had taken the injection. I answered “Yes”. Then it listed several preceding dates and asked me to select the day I took the injection. I selected the date, then tapped the “Next” button. The next screen showed the injection properties and asked for me to “select” the injection properties. There are two problems with this. First, offering a selection implies there are choices, i.e., the date, the dosage, the injection number (2 of 8); however, there is no choice other than what is presented. There’s also no indication whether these properties are those of the injection previously taken or the injection I’m about to take. The properties it gave me match the injection taken 4 days ago. The properties do not match those of the injection I’m about to take. Specifically, I’m taking 3 of 8. This is important because this informs the pharmacy when to refill the subscription. I recommend the developers of this app talk to actual patients.

### 4/5 — App issue

*2023-06-13*

The app usually works fine for the most part. However I’m getting this message “object reference not set to an instance of an object”. What’s the deal? How can I fix this issue? The app won’t let me log my shots or use any of the other features.

### 4/5 — Works fine but stop asking about Face ID

*2023-01-08, version 1.3.5*

Works fine but it needs to retain I don’t want to use Face ID login

### 3/5 — Can’t log into the app consistently

*2022-12-02, version 1.3.5*

Even after a reinstall, the app gets stuck in a waiting status frequently. I also can’t adjust the injection days (as they aren’t correct) and the staff doesn’t seem to have this ability either. It’s a good service with an awful app.

### 4/5 — Low T

*2022-11-17, version 1.3.5*

Friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Highly suggest a visit for screening!

### 2/5 — Terrible App for Low T Center.

*2022-08-13, version 1.3.1*

This App has never worked properly. Every time I try to update my conditions it crashes and requires me to start over at the login. Low T Center is a multi million dollar operation with an amateur support system.

### 4/5 — Notifications would be GREAT!

*2022-06-23, version 1.2.9*

I have very few apps that I allow notifications on, but this one REALLY needs them. Not only for shot reminders, but also for the automatically generated follow up appointment. Been using it for about 6 months and have missed several shots, and almost 2 appointments due to lack of notifications (and me forgetting shot dates). Other than that, the app is fine.

### 2/5 — Basic, consistent problems

*2022-05-18, version 1.2.7*

I know it was pushed out quickly during covid out of necessity, but it’s been so long it’s ridiculous that the app still looks and performs like someone’s high school project… maybe worse. Randomly quit recording vitals. Doesn’t publish changes (like most healthcare apps do), frequently messes up injection dates when you have an office visit (probably every time for my past 9 visits) and then you have to call. The app support chat is useless, you just have to call to get someone helpful. Someone get their kid and have them fix this app for them. It’s insane this is a medical app

### 4/5 — Decent app but could use fixes

*2022-03-18, version 1.2.5*

I’ve been happy with the self inject option at Low T Center because my local office is an hour away so weekly injections there were difficult. However the app could definitely use some attention. An injection reminder option would definitely be nice, as well as a notification for upcoming office visit for labs. I usually forget about my lab visit and I’m only reminded when I go to do a self inject the day of my office appointment and it’s only when I go to do an injection in app that it tells me I have an office visit that day. I could of course create a reminder through apple or something but it would be a lot nicer if it could be set up through the app. The app does freeze occasionally but it doesn’t seem much different from other apps in that regard.

### 2/5 — App never works

*2022-03-16, version 1.2.5*

You select self inject. And doors not record it. Delays shipping. I get auto charged. So 3 weeks no meds but still paying 220 a month. Ridiculous

### 1/5 — Terrible Execution

*2022-02-02, version 1.2.5*

Without question, the poorest example of mobile application development I’ve ever seen. They either roll things out without troubleshooting or they just don’t care. It’s a shame as the people at the clinic are awesome medical folks who end up trying to play help desk for an app I can only imagine they received for free.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve had to work with…

*2023-09-22*

This is not against Low T center or anything like that, this is just strictly this app….biggest piece of junk I’ve ever had to use. The self inject process is about as clunky as they could have made it (if it even decides to work). The messaging system, gives no notification or anything about wether or not you’ve received a message. The notifications it does decide to send you, are ALWAYS a day late, no matter how many times you tell them (the app) to correct it. It doesn’t take payments, only gives you errors, which then makes you have to either call or drive to your center to just make a simple payment. I live about 30 minutes away from my center, and I’m strongly considering to just screw self inject because this hunk of junk app is worthless. Thank you for your time.

### 1/5 — App is clunky and buggy

*2022-11-10, version 1.3.5*

This app really, really needs attention from actual iOS developers with experience.

It looks terrible and is very buggy. I haven’t had it crash like others but some major issues here:

- if you are on self inject, it treats your next shop as an “appointment”. This is confusing and should be distinguished from office appointments
- if you have an appointment right after your shot the app loses all track of things. It won’t let you log a self inject (gets stuck in a loop trying to do so telling you that you have an appointment soon and won’t let you log it) then it gets off on the timing of your shots. This is really messed up
- there’s a place to connect medical devices that does nothing. I had a withings wifi blood pressure cuff, I could connect it but then couldn’t use it to log Bp on an injection day. Instead I had to go out and buy a different monitor just for this. Makes no sense

For a chain as large as they are they really need to invest and make some improvements for what is a critical medical application for their clients.

### 1/5 — Crashes every time I try to edit

*2022-11-06, version 1.3.5*

For the front end developer. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Every time I try to edit my rating for how I feel and such it crashes about midway through. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled as directed by the nursing staff. I w chatted and it still does it.

### 1/5 — Hands down the worst app ever

*2022-09-22, version 1.3.5*

Anyone who’s used this app will echo what I am saying. Most recent stint is arbitrarily said I didn’t attest to taking shots….but the billing feature works awesome in the sense that it immediately withdraws monthly fee…although never remembers my bank info.

Don’t fall for it anymore, but the app has a 6:30AM check in time….office not open until 8AM…and my appt dates arbitrarily change.

As I am sitting in the clinics office, they are 110% aware of the ongoing issues. I build apps in my spare time so I understand how they work….yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

### 1/5 — Does not work as stated.

*2022-07-08, version 1.3.0*

I have to call my provider nearly every month to correct the inaccurate app. It does not seem to record all injections when I go through the process.

### 1/5 — Junk app

*2022-06-14, version 1.2.9*

The app don’t work most the time. Cannot connect blood pressure cuff. Been waiting a week for chat support. May end up going somewhere else because of the poor customer service.

### 1/5 — Fail

*2022-05-24, version 1.2.7*

The app fails to take injections sometimes, also will not let me pay on it. Have called and left notes and still same issues. Shipments are late. When I check in at the clinic for blood draw it will show an injection.

### 1/5 — Terribly frustrating, despite attempts to help

*2022-05-12, version 1.2.7*

I’ve had good experiences with the people who have tried to help me, but the app seems useless. I keep getting it “fixed,” and then something else doesn’t work. If you’re going to make an app to handle medical information, it really ought to work.

### 1/5 — Crashes and full of bugs

*2022-03-14, version 1.2.5*

This app crashes every time I try to enter vitality info and every time I try to enter vitals. This app needs lots of work! I can’t believe it has been released with so many bugs and crashes.

### 1/5 — Basically Always Down

*2022-02-18, version 1.2.5*

What else can I say? I can log in maybe, maybe 10% of the time. The app is simply non-functional. It’s literally not a working app. It’s a broken, non-functioning piece of software, period. There’s no ambiguity here, nothing to add. It doesn’t work. I don’t know what other words to use, which is frustrating because nothing that anyone has said so far seems to have corporate’s attention. It’s a total fail. Total. That’s it.
