The face recognition works whenever it feels like it. Sometimes it works great than other days it doesnt. But i cant even type in my password i have to jump out of the app jump back in and prevent it from attempting to use the face recognition which isnt working anyways because it just freezes and does nothing.. fix the app it worked fine until the latest update came out for the iphone 16🥴

The app keeps making me change my password every few days. It is beyond frustrating. This has been going on for over a month!

This is the only app I have that does not seem to play well with Apple security. At times it will work but usually I have to try to log in twice and get error messages and sometimes can’t log in at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app countless times. The browser seems to work better.

For over maybe 3-5 years the app has not worked. One day it randomly stopped working, I tried calling multiple times, even asked while in person about it and never got a resolution. I’m starting to heavily consider a new bank purely because of this issue. I’m not calling the line on the error message for the 10th time
