However, after placing the order, I got 4 pop-ups for “offers” like ARRP, and serious radio. That is annoying. ### 4/5 — Shelves *2026-08-22, version 26.8.1* I went to the store to buy a couple shelves and the employee jeccie was good helping but seems bothered and then she checked us off but was rushing me and was making faces because my card needed to be authorized by on my phone and she continued rushing me then when I paid I wanted my receipt to go to my email as well but she just bypassed and when I brought it to her attention she was really annoyed for my request. I asked her if someone could help us since both of the selves were really heavy and she said yes wait outside the door. I waited 20 minutes for someone to assist me with wire. Put down the rest of the items I was going to purchase and went to Home Depot. Within 5 minutes I had my wire ### 1/5 — I am on the verge of not doing business with Lowes. *2026-08-23, version 26.8.1* As of Sunday, August 23rd 2026 at 8:28am a delivery person shows up as i am just waking up and looking at the security cameras. He walks past the front door which has a huge welcome sign by it with a doorbell camera beside it. He walks 20 steps beyond towards the middle of the house and up 8 steps to deliver the package where there is a 9x16 sign that reads in bold font “this door is blocked” with a huge planter box in front of the door. That should have cued some type of logical thinking from the delivery guy, but it didn’t. This is the 3rd time that orders have been misdelivered by the company that Lowes is contracting with. The second delivery, a couple of months ago was left outside of my fence. The first order was misdelivered with a busted bag of white rocks and a broken paver. I have been a Lowes customer for many years, but after these three incidents I am weighing on spending my money elsewhere. It is principle. The repairman diagnosed a switch, and replaced it but the unit still didn’t work. My homeowner’s insurance has agreed to replace the unit but it is taking forever for the parts to come in. Anyway, with this heat and humidity, my fans have been working 24/7 with no relief but a shower at 2 am helps. So I decided to buy a portable AC unit at Lowe’s in Hinesville. Manager Mr. Mike was so kind in educating me on a floor AC unit, even taking me to the register and loading it in my car. I like to give Mr. Mike many kudos for his dedication in helping me, he was so kind, considerate and a gentleman.
