You type paint roller and fridge appears you type in lock and a cart appears ### 1/5 — Account *2024-01-27* My Lowe’s PRO accounts WORKS on my laptop but it will not work on this app. Yes I am a contractor with a PRO ACCOUNT. ### 1/5 — Can’t copy/paste password to log in *2023-12-25, version 1.4.0.844* Somehow the paste function is damaged and doesn’t function (a blank box appears instead of the paste command). In fact my app shows that every single Lowe’s has closed in my state. This should be an easy fix Lowe’s. I’ll will happily update this when the hours return. **Developer response:** Thank you for your comment. It sounds as though you are looking for the Lowe's app meant for retail customers. This app is for Lowe's Pro Supply customers and will not show local retail store hours. ### 1/5 — Won’t even let me login *2023-06-29* It says my email is not the correct format, but it is. It’s my email address, no typos, no spaces, I triple checked. **Developer response:** Thank you for your comment, we're looking into this issue. Update: it appears as though you may be using another Lowe's app. We don't have records of you on our customer database, and the functionality you described is not how our app works. Note there is a separate Lowe's app for consumers, for which the logins are not the same. ### 2/5 — No search bar!!!!! *2024-06-09, version 1.7.1.1091* Ever since the website and app update last week. I cannot search for anything without a book in front of me for item numbers. That’s extremely hindering.
