This was back in APRIL 2026. It is now JUNEEEE 2026. I emailed the costumer service respectfully asking if there were any updates with my orders. They were rude and to sum it up, they basically tried to make me feel stupid because it was a pre-order. When in reality they state your orders will arrive 6 to 8 weeks. Well where's my order then?? Another thing, I can't login on the app and when I reached out to costumer service about it (it gave me the option to reach out to costumer service regarding this issue) they told me they can't help me with that. Your link to change the password does NOT work. I told them that and they still said that they can't help with the app. Don't waste your money nor time on this company.
