I pre-ordered 2 Die Cuts. This was back in APRIL 2026. It is now JUNEEEE 2026. I emailed the costumer service respectfully asking if there were any updates with my orders. They were rude and to sum it up, they basically tried to make me feel stupid because it was a pre-order. When in reality they state your orders will arrive 6 to 8 weeks. Well where's my order then?? Another thing, I can't login on the app and when I reached out to costumer service about it (it gave me the option to reach out to costumer service regarding this issue) they told me they can't help me with that. Your link to change the password does NOT work. I told them that and they still said that they can't help with the app. Don't waste your money nor time on this company. Absolute waste.

Tried deleting and redownloading it however this didn’t work either.

Like the title says buy livestock only because they will use the excuse only two people we has quality control issues / internal and covid to ship something took over 8 months when it said 4-5 weeks for pre order then it changed 5-6 then again 6-7 , and finally a we dont have an estimated delivery date.

I got the app and there ain’t crap in it. And they’re website isn’t “open” either not sure if I’d really trust any of the other reviews if I’m being honest.

I have wasted 170 dollars and to pre orders that was almost 2 years ago and it still hasn’t came. I’m also waiting on another pre order and we’re about to hit 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous
