I loved the ability to forward the call both to my and my husband’s phone numbers as I am busy taking care of my kid most of the time, so it was very handy. I loved the idea of using passcodes especially because I receive many deliveries but unfortunately, my condo intercom doesn’t accept it. Despite that, the product is super convenient and easy to use. I contacted the support team and they were amazing, fast answer and efficient. It would be *amazing* if we could create automations/Shortcut scripts to conditionally enable certain unlock codes/timers! This means that you can’t manage the subscription through your phone and have to visit external billing sites to update or cancel your subscription. ### 1/5 — TOTAL SCAMMERS! *2024-09-14* These lo-sers attempt to charge me $150 for an annual membership the day BEFORE my trial expires, and were unsuccessful thankfully. So I go into the app to cancel the trial, which I did. Two days later they charge me AGAIN! I will be contacting Chase and disputing these charges. Can’t stand companies like this. I wish I’d known about it years earlier but for the few years that we did have it, it made SUCH a difference. Being able to unlock the entry door in advance and setting codes for friends to enter was super convenient and easy.
