The app usually won’t remember your profile information, so when ordering it will send you an email with a link, but then the order won’t be saved so you have to start over and input everything in again. It’s easier just to call in, but then you don’t really get the benefit of the rewards, though to be fair, I have not used the photograph receipt option. It’s just a lot of hassle for something intended to simplify and enhance ordering **Developer response:** Thanks for reaching out.
