I have to use my work smart phone as they don’t give any option to pay with cash or card, so all the more irritating that the app constantly freezes and needs updating every week.

I open the app, it’s asks for my number (I’ve used the app before). Tells me it’s invalid / already taken but there’s no way to get off that page or put my actual details in - there goes my bank holiday sauna session.

I am very excited about the opening of the Kentish Town sauna. I really hope they are better at building saunas than they apps. No option to book more than one ticket, no Autofill. Painful to use, luckily we are determined!
