I would rate it 5 stars but this issue is very frustrating when you highly depend on it on the water. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2026-08-01, version 4.6.1* When it works it’s fine but lately it has been crashing and unusable. This app randomly shuts down when trying to load the navigation map. Then the most frustrating thing is that the boat arrow icon (your location) kept disappearing. Tried to troubleshoot but to no avail. Other basic functionality and features were frustrating to use and not intuitive. When I go to the Lowrance app to add my ghost it just gets stuck on the loading screen. When I try to pair the trolling motor directly to my phone it doesn’t show up (yes I put the pedal into configuration and enter Bluetooth pairing mode) I’ve spent 5 hours on this and lost my entire Labor Day weekend of fishing. This deleted 3500 waypoints. They are in my bin. I have tried so many times to restore them but the application just crashes and I have been trying this for weeks. Has anyone that wrote this actually tried to plan a route in it? Every time one selects a waypoint on a route, the app then skews the map away from the last waypoint. Was there an intra-company contest to design an app that was a user-hostile as possible? Do none of the vibe-coders ever boat when the fog rolls onto a lake and want to make their way back to the ramp? It helps me break down areas, plan routes, and get in some visual practice before tournaments. Syncing with my units is smooth, and it saves time once I’m actually on the lake.
