## What is LowScreen?

LowScreen blocks the apps that eat your day — and gives you a reason to keep going: a tree that grows every day you hold on.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that steal your time (social media, videos, games…)
• Set a daily limit: 30 min, 1 h, 2 h…
• Go over it and iOS blocks those apps until midnight
• Every day under your limit, your tree grows a level. Fail, and it's cut down to a stump.

SIGN A PACT WITH YOURSELF
Commit for 7, 21, 30 or 90 days. While the pact runs, you can't remove apps, raise your limit or delete LowScreen. Breaking it razes your tree. Real commitment, not another reminder you'll ignore.

FOCUS SESSIONS
Need to study or work? Start a 15 min to 2 h session: everything distracting is blocked, and finishing it helps your tree grow.

WATCH YOUR PROGRESS
Streaks, days kept, focus hours, pacts won, and a full-year calendar of your good days.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Built on Apple's Screen Time. Your usage never leaves your iPhone: no account, no tracking.

LOWSCREEN PREMIUM
Unlimited apps and categories, 21/30/90-day pacts with strict mode, 2 h sessions and the yearly calendar. Free 7-day trial on the annual plan.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
