View customer contact details, call or email directly from the app, and access site addresses in one tap.

NETWORK MONITORING
Monitor UniFi networks across all client sites. View device status, restart access points and switches, cycle PoE ports, and troubleshoot connectivity issues without leaving the job.

ISSUES DASHBOARD
See a live feed of offline sites and devices across your entire install base. Issues update automatically so your team always knows what needs attention.

JOBBER INTEGRATION
Linked to your Jobber account for seamless job and customer data access. Search clients, view job history, and navigate to customer pages without switching apps.

AI ASSISTANT — LOXIE ROUX
Ask Loxie Roux anything: troubleshooting steps, equipment specs, wiring diagrams, or how to configure a specific UniFi device. Loxie searches the web and your knowledge base to deliver accurate, field-ready answers.

TIME TRACKING
Built-in timer keeps track of time on site for accurate job billing.

• Schedule recurring port cycles, outlet cycles, and device restarts (every 6h, 12h, 24h, weekly, or custom)
• Auto-restart-on-offline: watch a camera or AP; if it goes dark longer than your threshold, the app automatically cycles its uplink
• Per-customer view on each Customer page, plus a new fleet-wide Automations tab

Improvements:
• Timer "Nearby Clients" no longer hangs on large customer lists — now instant via a cached location index
• Long-press the Timer location row to clear & rebuild the geocode cache if an address looks off
